Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update data into company CRM and ERP systems
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure 99.9% data accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions within nightly SLA deadlines
- Generate daily data integrity reports for management review
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless data handovers

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proven ability to type 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
