Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and maintain high-volume data across multiple client platforms
- Perform daily quality assurance checks to identify and resolve data discrepancies
- Generate and distribute comprehensive data reports using Excel and proprietary software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data workflows
- Maintain strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive client information
- Adhere to ISO-certified data processing standards and compliance guidelines
- Train on new systems and processes to maintain operational excellence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 99%+ accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced night shift environment
- Familiarity with data validation techniques and quality control processes
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems (SAP, Salesforce, etc.)
