Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain client data in proprietary systems
- Perform daily reconciliation of digital records against source documents
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies through systematic verification
- Generate weekly performance reports for departmental review
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless workflow continuity
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of data entry or clerical experience
