- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information
- Perform daily quality checks and discrepancy reporting
- Collaborate with offshore teams during crossover periods
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance protocols
- Complete 10,000 keystrokes per hour with minimal errors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months data entry experience
- Proficiency in 10-key typing (8,000 KPH)
- Advanced knowledge of Excel pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability for rotating weekend shifts
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Basic SQL knowledge preferred
