Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain critical databases with alphanumeric information
- Perform data quality audits and resolve discrepancies with attention to detail
- Process high-volume transactions following strict confidentiality protocols
- Generate daily/weekly reports using Excel and proprietary software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data inconsistencies
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance standards
- Maintain 99.5% data accuracy across all entries
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 99% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
