Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain company databases with alphanumeric and numerical information
- Review and verify source documents to ensure data integrity and completeness
- Process high-volume transactions within strict timeframes during night shifts
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports and identify data discrepancies
- Collaborate with day shift teams to resolve data inconsistencies
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
- Utilize Excel, Salesforce, and proprietary data management systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year data entry or clerical experience
- Proficient in typing (45+ WPM) with 95%+ accuracy
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (5 PM - 1 AM)
- Reliable transportation to our Richmond facility
