Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain large volumes of alphanumeric data in proprietary systems
- Perform rigorous data validation and quality checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process daily transactions and reconcile discrepancies within 24-hour turnaround
- Generate and distribute daily performance reports to department heads
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information handling
- Collaborate with offshore teams during overlapping business hours
- Implement data backup procedures and maintain audit trail documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume data entry experience (10,000+ keystrokes daily)
- Proven ability to maintain 40+ WPM with 99.5% accuracy in timed tests
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, conditional formatting)
- Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error tolerance mindset
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule with weekend rotation
- Associates degree in Data Management or related field preferred
