Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and maintain critical business data in multiple database systems
- Perform nightly reconciliation of transaction records to ensure 99.9% data integrity
- Process high-volume documents with strict adherence to confidentiality protocols
- Generate daily performance reports and identify data discrepancies for resolution
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless data continuity
- Utilize advanced Excel functions for data manipulation and validation
- Adhere to HIPAA and SEC compliance standards for sensitive information
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume data entry experience (10,000+ keystrokes/hour)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven error rates below 0.1%
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight shifts
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks
