Responsibilities
- Input and verify alphanumeric data with 99.5% accuracy across multiple systems
- Process high-volume transactions while meeting daily productivity targets
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies through systematic quality checks
- Generate daily productivity reports for departmental review
- Collaborate with day shift team to ensure seamless data continuity
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for all records
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of high-volume data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 45+ WPM with 10,000+ KPH accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software
- Exceptional attention to detail and error-spotting abilities
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
