- Enter, verify, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems
- Process high-volume transactions with precision and attention to detail
- Perform regular audits to identify and correct data discrepancies
- Generate daily and weekly reports for management review
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless data continuity
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and security protocols
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) for data manipulation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in data entry or administrative role
- Proficient in 10-key typing (8,000+ KPH) and alphanumeric data entry
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
- Exceptional attention to detail with 99.5% accuracy rate
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills and time management abilities
