Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify alphanumeric data into proprietary CRM and ERP systems
- Perform daily reconciliation of transaction records and inventory logs
- Generate weekly compliance reports with zero tolerance for errors
- Maintain strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive client information
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless data handovers
- Utilize automation tools to optimize data processing workflows
- Adhere to HIPAA and SOX compliance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of professional data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Associate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Familiarity with SQL or database management systems
- Valid NYS driver's license for occasional file retrieval
