Responsibilities
- Enter, verify, and maintain high-volume digital records with 99.9% accuracy
- Process transactions and documents using proprietary software within SLAs
- Perform data audits and reconciliation to ensure integrity
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless workflow transitions
- Generate daily performance reports using Excel and SQL tools
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- 10,000+ keystrokes per minute with 0.1% error rate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) preferred
- Ability to work independently overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Associates degree in Business Administration or related field
