- Process high-volume transactions within nightly SLAs
- Utilize specialized software for document scanning and indexing
- Perform routine data audits to ensure integrity
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless workflow continuity
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
- Report system discrepancies to IT support
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in high-volume data entry
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently during night hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic knowledge of database management principles
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
