- Accurately input, update, and maintain large volumes of data in proprietary systems
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process transactions and documentation with strict attention to detail
- Generate daily/weekly reports for management review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Adhere to HIPAA and company confidentiality protocols
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and custom data management tools
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of data entry experience
- Proficient typing speed of 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (vlookups, pivot tables)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking capabilities
