Responsibilities
- Input, update, and verify alphanumeric data into proprietary systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Perform quality assurance checks against source documents and digital records
- Generate daily productivity reports and exception documentation
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless data handovers
- Adhere to HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in high-volume data entry role
- Keen attention to detail with proven error tracking record
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to type 60+ WPM with 10-key by touch
- Comfortable working independently during overnight shifts
