Responsibilities
- Meticulously input, verify, and maintain critical datasets in enterprise systems
- Execute data cleansing protocols to ensure 99.9% accuracy across all records
- Generate comprehensive reports and analytics for executive review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards for sensitive information
- Optimize data workflows using advanced Excel and database tools
- Train junior staff on proprietary data management systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in high-volume data entry environments
- Proven typing proficiency of 60+ WPM with 99.5% accuracy
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel pivot tables essential)
- Experience with ERP/SAP systems preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10PM-6AM)
