Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain digital records in company databases
- Verify and cross-reference data against source documents
- Process high-volume transactions within strict deadlines
- Generate daily productivity and accuracy reports
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless data handovers
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies proactively
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of data entry experience
- Minimum 8,000 keystrokes per hour with 99% accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability for 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM shifts
