Responsibilities
- Enter, verify, and maintain high-volume transactional data with 99.5% accuracy
- Process daily invoices, customer records, and inventory updates
- Perform data audits and identify discrepancies using Excel and proprietary software
- Generate daily productivity reports and quality assurance metrics
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless data handovers
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
- Train on new data management systems quarterly
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in high-volume data entry
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 10,000+ keystures/hour
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Associates degree in Data Management or equivalent certification
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error tolerance mindset
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Experience with Salesforce or ERP systems preferred
- Background check and drug screening required
