Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain critical data across multiple database systems with 99.9% precision
- Perform daily data validation audits to ensure integrity and compliance with industry standards
- Process high-volume transactions while meeting productivity quotas of 8,000 keystrokes/hour
- Generate and distribute daily performance reports to management teams
- Collaborate with day-shift counterparts for seamless data continuity
- Utilize proprietary software and MS Office Suite for data manipulation
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive client information
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional data entry experience with proven accuracy metrics
- Typing proficiency of 65+ WPM with 10-key speed of 8,000 KPH
- Advanced knowledge of Excel formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP functions
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and CRM platforms
- Associates degree in Data Management or related field preferred
