Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify financial transaction data into proprietary systems
- Process 150+ documents per shift with 99.5% accuracy requirement
- Perform data reconciliation and error resolution for banking records
- Maintain strict confidentiality for sensitive client information
- Utilize Excel for data validation and basic reporting tasks
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless data handovers
- Adhere to SOX compliance protocols for audit readiness
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years experience in data entry or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel essential)
- Ability to type 45+ WPM with 10-key by touch
- Strong attention to detail and error-spotting skills
- Comfortable working overnight shifts (11PM-7AM)
- Basic understanding of financial terminology preferred
- Reliable transportation for overnight commute
