- Accurately input and verify alphanumeric data into company databases and systems
- Process high-volume transactions with zero tolerance for errors
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client and company information
- Generate daily productivity reports and identify data inconsistencies
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless data handover
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance protocols
- Utilize 10-key typing and OCR software for efficient processing
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 45+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule (Sunday-Thursday)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic knowledge of database structures preferred
