- Collaborate with day shift team to ensure seamless data continuity
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards for sensitive information
- Train on new data management protocols quarterly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year data entry experience with proven accuracy metrics
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel required)
- Ability to type 60+ WPM with 98%+ accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic knowledge of database management systems (SQL a plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
