Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain confidential client data in proprietary databases
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks with 99.5%+ accuracy
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management review
- Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure seamless data synchronization
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
- Implement process improvements to enhance data handling efficiency
- Train new team members on data entry protocols and software systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and Salesforce
- Ability to work independently during night shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Associate degree in Data Management or related field preferred
- Experience with OCR software and data extraction tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- US citizenship required for government contract compliance
