Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data into various internal databases and software systems.
- Review incoming documents for completeness and accuracy before processing.
- Perform regular data quality checks to ensure high standards of integrity.
- Sort, file, and organize physical and digital records in a systematic manner.
- Communicate effectively with the day-shift team to resolve data discrepancies.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and data security protocols at all times.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed during the shift.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Previous experience in data entry or customer service is a plus.
