Responsibilities
- Enter, verify, and update customer and product information into our secure databases with a focus on high-speed accuracy.
- Review and correct data discrepancies to maintain the integrity of our reporting systems.
- Perform regular audits of data entries to identify and rectify errors before submission.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval and archiving.
- Assist with the migration and organization of large datasets for company growth initiatives.
- Generate daily and weekly summary reports for management review.
- Communicate effectively with the shift team and supervisors regarding daily targets and potential issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or certification in data management is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) with a focus on error-free output.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot data inconsistencies quickly.
- Ability to work independently and stay focused during the night shift with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace (we provide equipment, you provide the space).
