Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update customer and product information into our proprietary database systems.
- Review data for errors, omissions, or discrepancies and correct them promptly.
- Sort, organize, and file physical documents as required to maintain an organized archive.
- Perform routine quality assurance checks to ensure data accuracy meets company standards.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company and client data.
- Meet daily and weekly productivity targets while maintaining high accuracy rates.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM (Words Per Minute).
- Proven experience with data entry software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Must be available to work 3rd Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) or 4th Shift (12:00 AM - 8:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
