We are looking for self-motivated individuals who can work independently and accurately during the night shift.
Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update customer and company data into digital databases and spreadsheets.
- Perform regular audits of data entries to ensure high levels of accuracy and integrity.
- Sort, file, and maintain physical and electronic records in an organized manner.
- Review incoming documents for completeness and accuracy before processing.
- Communicate effectively with the night shift supervisor regarding daily targets and data discrepancies.
- Ensure strict adherence to company confidentiality policies and data security protocols.
- Assist in the maintenance of inventory and filing systems as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven typing speed of at least 40 WPM with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic computer operations.
- Ability to work effectively and independently during night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
