Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify customer and account data into digital databases and spreadsheets.
- Review and sort incoming data for processing and entry to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Identify and correct data discrepancies or errors immediately.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company and client information.
- Generate and update regular reports as required by management.
- Perform routine quality checks on entered data to ensure high standards of accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Proven typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (if applicable to remote role).
- Ability to work independently during the night shift hours.
