- Process high-volume transactions for retail and logistics clients during overnight hours
- Utilize Excel, Salesforce, and proprietary software for record management
- Flag discrepancies and escalate data integrity issues to senior team members
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Participate in weekly performance reviews and improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with day-shift team members for seamless data handoffs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students encouraged to apply)
- Minimum 40 WPM typing speed with 10-key proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and error-spotting capabilities
- Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
