Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update 50+ records per hour in proprietary database systems
- Verify and cross-reference source documents to ensure data integrity
- Perform daily quality checks and resolve discrepancies within SLA timeframes
- Maintain strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive client information
- Generate and submit daily productivity reports to shift supervisors
- Collaborate with day team during transition periods for seamless operations
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards for all data handling
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of professional data entry experience
- Proven accuracy rate of 98%+ in high-volume environments
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel/Word) and 10-key typing
- Ability to work independently overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
