Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain digital records in company databases
- Verify data completeness and resolve discrepancies through cross-referencing source documents
- Process high-volume transactions with strict adherence to quality standards
- Generate daily/weekly productivity reports using Excel and internal software
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless data handovers
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to workflow enhancements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume data entry experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data management software
- Keen attention to detail with error rate under 0.5%
- Ability to type 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills for data reconciliation tasks
- Availability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) highly desirable
