Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems
- Verify information against source documents and resolve discrepancies
- Process high-volume transactions with strict attention to detail
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports for management
- Adhere to HIPAA and data security protocols
- Collaborate with day team to ensure data integrity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year data entry experience
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Ability to work independently overnight shifts
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
