- Perform daily data reconciliation across multiple platforms to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Generate and distribute standardized reports using Excel and internal reporting tools
- Adhere strictly to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information handling
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless data handover and issue resolution
- Implement data backup procedures and maintain secure electronic file systems
- Participate in quarterly process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional data entry experience with demonstrated accuracy metrics
- Proficient typing speed of 60+ WPM with 10-key by touch capability
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel pivot tables, VLOOKUP functions)
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP preferred)
- Exceptional attention to detail with ability to spot inconsistencies in complex datasets
