Responsibilities
- Accurate Data Entry: Input, verify, and update information into our database systems with high precision and speed.
- Database Management: Maintain and organize digital records to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Quality Assurance: Proofread data entries for errors and correct discrepancies immediately.
- Reporting: Generate and submit daily or weekly reports on data processed volume.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and adherence to privacy protocols.
- System Support: Assist in troubleshooting minor technical issues with data entry software.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous data entry experience is a plus but not mandatory for qualified candidates.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot errors and follow instructions precisely.
- Reliability: Consistent work history and punctuality.
