- Generate daily productivity reports for management review
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless data handover
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
- Identify and escalate data discrepancies to department leads
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of high-volume data entry experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and 10-key typing
- Ability to maintain focus during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong attention to detail with error detection capabilities
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Experience with Salesforce or SAP systems advantageous
- Reliable transportation to Jersey City office for bi-weekly on-site meetings
