Responsibilities
- Accurately input and maintain critical business data in proprietary systems
- Perform data validation, cleaning, and quality assurance checks
- Generate daily productivity reports with 99.5%+ accuracy
- Collaborate with day-shift team for seamless data handoffs
- Adhere to strict HIPAA and confidentiality protocols
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for documentation tasks
- Meet/exceed daily keying quotas (8,000-10,000 keystrokes/hr)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Minimum 1 year data entry experience
- Proven 45+ WPM typing speed with 98% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables)
- Experience with ERP/SAP systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and error detection
- Reliable transportation for night shift commute
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
