Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and verify critical data across multiple platforms
- Process high-volume transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and compliance
- Utilize proprietary software and Microsoft Office Suite efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak processing hours
- Document and resolve discrepancies following SOP protocols
- Meet/exceed daily productivity targets without compromising quality
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year data entry experience with proven accuracy metrics
- Proficient in 10-key typing with 8,000+ KPH keystrokes
- Expert knowledge of Excel, Word, and database systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and error-spotting abilities
- Ability to maintain focus during extended night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred
