Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and verify data into company databases with a high degree of accuracy.
- Review source documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
- Perform regular audits of data to identify and correct errors efficiently.
- Ensure strict adherence to confidentiality and data security protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding data discrepancies.
- Operate office equipment and software proficiently during night operations.
- Assist in maintaining an organized filing system, both digital and physical.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous data entry experience is a plus but not mandatory (training provided).
- Must be able to type at least 35-40 WPM.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation to Jersey City.
