- Troubleshoot Issues: Diagnose and resolve technical or service-related problems for our clients.
- Document Interactions: Log all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with day-shift teams to ensure continuity of service and relay critical information.
- Process Inquiries: Process orders, returns, and account updates efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous customer service or support experience is a plus.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM or similar).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technology: Basic computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
