Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone during night shifts.
- Resolve customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- Log interactions and update customer records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted).
- Must be available to work 3+ nights per week (e.g., 8 PM - 5 AM).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
