- Manage Inquiries: Handle incoming customer support tickets, emails, and phone calls during evening hours with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot product issues and provide detailed, empathetic solutions to customer concerns.
- Documentation: Log all interactions and resolutions accurately into our CRM system to maintain up-to-date client records.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow and continuity of service.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to company scripts and quality standards to ensure a consistent customer experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM).
- Skills: Strong typing skills and proficiency with computer applications and CRM software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote or hybrid environment.
