Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Accurately process orders, returns, and exchanges using our internal CRM software.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records in our database.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the management team when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; current college students are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Must be available to work evenings, specifically from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM EST.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and professionally.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Reliable internet connection (if working remotely) and a quiet workspace.
