Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat during night shifts.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and questions efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure continuity of support.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to management.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor in a high-volume call center environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be available to work rotating evening shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication skills with a clear, professional telephone voice.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
