Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction ratings and retention.
- Accurately update customer accounts, databases, and records with relevant transactional information.
- Collaborate effectively with the day shift team to ensure seamless service continuity and knowledge sharing.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines during night operations.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to meet departmental sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates.
- Must be available to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the business volume.
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills (minimum 40 WPM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and tone.
