Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening hours.
- Resolve product and service issues with empathy, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Document all customer interactions and account details in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisors or technical teams promptly.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and workflow processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail setting.
- Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM or 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills (35+ WPM).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain focus in a quiet environment.
