Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening hours.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Enter and update customer data accurately into the CRM system.
- Assist customers with product information and account troubleshooting.
- Document daily interactions and ensure 100% call accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work night shifts (typically 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Strong computer skills and typing proficiency.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote positions.
