Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a calm demeanor.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and update the CRM system in real-time.
- Collaborate closely with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service continuity and handovers.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality assurance standards, and safety protocols.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to meet departmental targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center environments, or retail.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts and weekends as scheduled.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
