Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Manage and update customer databases accurately and efficiently during the night shift.

- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operations and continuity of service.

Qualifications
