Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone and email during the evening shift.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately within our CRM system.
- Document all customer interactions and update records in real-time.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but we provide comprehensive training.
- Must be available to work a consistent 8-hour shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to type at least 40 WPM.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with web-based applications.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during the night hours.
