Your Role
As a Night Shift Associate, you will be the face of our brand after hours, ensuring our customers receive top-tier support when they need it most.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email during evening shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Resolve product and service issues with empathy, patience, and efficiency.
- Update customer records accurately in our CRM system to maintain data integrity.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations and issue handovers.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
- Assist in training new hires on night shift procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong computer literacy and typing speed (40+ WPM).
- Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
